Six companies will compete for task orders under the Army’s $494 million product portion of the Information Technology Enterprise Solution-2, Federal Computer Week reports.
Dell Federal Systems, IBM, Unicom Government, CDW Government, Iron Bow Technologies and World Wide Technology will compete for task orders under the contract for hardware, software and related services. The contract this one replaces brought in $611 million in task orders in 2012 alone. Over the life of the contract, it has been used for $4.6 billion in task orders.
