KPMG announced that it had elected Paul Knopp as the next CEO along with Laura Newinski as the vice-chair for the company. Knopp will be playing the role of CEO from July 2020 when he succeeds in the present CEO Lynne Doughtie. Nowinski will also succeed in the current Vice-Chairman P Scott Ozanus, who will retire from the company towards the end of 2020.
Knopp is the new CEO-Elect of KPMG
Knopp Joined KPMG in 1983 and had handled a variety of roles in leading the audits at the world’s top companies. He has also led the KPMG’s most intricate and crucial global audit projects. Knopp has also served as the lead director of the KPMG board of directors. Knopp is an alumnus of the University of Texas in Austin, USA.

Knopp Issues a statement in which he said,

Current CEO talked about the incoming CEO
Current CEO Daughtie also expressed his views on the appointment of CEO elect Paul Knopp. He said,

He added,
