Indian IT major Tata Consultancy Services on Tuesday joined hands with US-based security firm Palo Alto Networks to announce the availability of “public cloud security services”.
This will help enterprises securely migrate applications and data to the public cloud.

“Our collaboration gives organizations the confidence to use the public cloud for their applications and maintain complete visibility, control, and protection of their most valued data assets,” Kinzelberg said in a statement.
They will also provide a range of services including consulting, audit and assessment, design, 24/7 operations and threat analysis as well as forensics to customers who are either migrating on-premise applications to or building new applications in the public cloud.
TCS’ global Security Operations Centres will be leveraged to monitor advanced cyberthreats and secure organizations against malicious cyberattacks.
“TCS secures organizations against evolving cyberthreats through a global network of cybersecurity experts and sophisticated tools and processes that constantly work towards strengthening our customer’s cyber defence,” noted Sathish Thiagarajan, Global Head, Cyber Security Group, TCS.
