Mark Zuckerberg delivered an address on Free Speech at Georgetown University in Washington. He said that the various social media platforms are meant for social activists and protestors as a platform for expression. The platforms are available with encryption and privacy protection that provide secure medium to people or free Speech.

On Thursday, Facebook CEO commented on the TikTok Censoring the content in countries like the US under Chinese government influence. The comment came right after two weeks when Senator Marco Rubino ordered the US national security panel for examining the acquisition of Musical.ly Inc. by Beijing ByteFance Technology Ltd. TikTok Denies Accusations

China influencing TikTok to Control Hong Kong Protest Content
He further added that China is influencing TikTok to censor the content having mentions of the HongKong Protests. TikTok, on the response to Zuckerberg’s accusation, said that TikTok does not ban or filter any content related to the much controversial Hong Kong Protests.
