Target says its troubled Target.com website is improving, as the frenzied Black Friday nears. “We believe the platform is stable,” Target CEO Gregg Steinhafel told analysts Wednesday. “We are in the process of building out that (website) group and adding more resources to that group…We have made a tremendous amount of fixes.” This fall, Target took its website in-house, after years of it being operated by Amazon. But the relaunch went badly, as the site began having troubles almost immediately….
