Taking a page from Amazon’s playbook, Walmart is readying a membership program called Walmart+ which reportedly is very similar to Amazon’s Prime strategy.
The program may launch as early as this month and will work along with the retailers’ Delivery Unlimited service, according to an Ad Week report.
The report also states Walmart is mulling a strategy that would let members text orders and a scan-and-go buying approach.
