A partnership between Kohl’s and Amazon is working despite the fact that Kohl’s reported less than stellar holiday sales in late 2019.
Kohl’s CEO Michelle Gass told CNBC the partnership in which Amazon customers can return items at Kohl’s is increasing store traffic and getting Kohl’s new customers.
“We’re getting a younger customer,” Gass told CNBC. “And to what we expected, some of them were buying. … You’re never going to get 100%. But some of them are buying.”
