Marsh Supermarkets said Tuesday it has joined inStream, a nationwide provider of point-of-sale and digital marketing programs.
Working with inStream, Marsh said it will be able to reach customers across its 73 stores in Indiana and Ohio with personalized, targeted offers on their checkout receipts.
“We have chosen inStream as our partner, given [its] deep understanding of how to deliver value to consumers, to offer new savings and value through its personalized POS marketing program to enhance our loyalty program and enable us to potentially impact each and every transaction,” said Amit Bhardwaj, senior director of customer loyalty for Indianapolis-based Marsh.
inStream, Wellesley, Mass., said it has more than 38,000 retail locations in its network and is able to drive customer engagement and sales based on customer-specific purchase data by bridging POS to digital programs; extending and building loyalty with frequent shoppers; and generating trial and repeat purchases via coupon and promotional offers
