Target Corp. will hold a job fair this week for its new Inver Grove Heights store set to open in July.
The Minneapolis-based retailer plans to hire 200 people for the new Target, which is the first in Inver Grove Heights and one of 20 to open this year nationwide.
Although not a SuperTarget, the 135,000-square-foot store will include produce and meat and grocery items. It is considered the commercial anchor of the Argenta Hills mixed-use development under construction north of Minnesota 55 and west of South Robert Trail.
The job fair will be held Thursday, May 17 through Saturday, May 19 at the Veterans Memorial Community Center, 8055 Barbara Ave. Hours are from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
