On May 16, Premise Health declared that it has partnered with the nation’s leading integrated electronic medical record provider, Epic. This partnership will enable them to leverage technology that would enhance their care delivery model.

2. The 2 Year Deal
Over a two-year plan, Premise Health intends to implement Epic across its worksite health centers.
3. Main Focus Of Partnership
The main focus of Epic and Premise Health is to improve the health and wellness of employee populations. This partnership would fast-track Premise Health’s capability to further demonstrate value, change behavior and integrate care.

4. Execute Advanced Care Delivery Model
By using Epic’s platform and capabilities to maximum advantage, this partnership will allow Premise Health to execute an advanced care delivery model that harnesses accessible data, further spreading its reach into communities and successfully serving as a central point within a value-based and aligned incentive environment.

The existing technology platforms would continue to be fully supported without disruption for all Premise Health clients in the planning and design phases of this project.
Currently, Premise Health manages more than 500 worksite-based health and wellness centers across the country. They serve to more than 200 of the nation’s leading employers, that include a noteworthy number of the Fortune 1000.
