IBM is hosting a congressional briefing about healthcare interoperability on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., Dec. 5, according to an advisory from health IT coalition Health IT Now.
IBM is hosting the briefing, titled “As 21st Century Cures Turns Two, What’s Next for Interoperability in Healthcare?,” in partnership with Health IT Now. The event will include a panel discussion on the value of healthcare interoperability, the outlook for health IT with the new Congress and the pending information blocking rule, among other topics.
Here are the four panelists who will participate in the discussion, listed in alphabetical order. Joel White, executive director of Health IT Now, will moderate the conversation.
