For the survey, Venrock polled 300 respondents from provider organizations, academic institutions, insurance companies, health IT startups, larger employers, government agencies and investment firms about their healthcare predictions for 2018.
Here’s what respondents said about three major health IT segments when asked: “Will the following healthcare IT sub-sectors experience growth in the next 12 months?”

- No growth: 4 percent
- Growth declines: 1 percent
