More than half of consumers (53 percent) say they have had difficulty accessing all of their electronic health record (EHR) data online. Of those who reported difficulty accessing their health data, 32 percent have had difficulty accessing their medical record; 31 percent have had difficulty accessing their biometric information; 29 percent have had difficulty accessing their lab records; and 25 percent have had difficulty accessing their prescription history. About 29 percent have had difficulty accessing their insurance information. A significant share of consumers, (39 percent) have not attempted to access their clinical health data from a mobile device.
