Casenet, LLC and Fallon Health today announced their collaboration to further develop TruCare Insights, a suite of interactive dashboards and management tools aimed at helping executive users understand their staff’s use of TruCare, a population health management platform developed by Casenet and used by health insurance plans across the nation, including Fallon.
TruCare is a configurable and scalable population health management platform that enables a comprehensive view of health plan members so that care is delivered in an efficient and cost effective manner. Fallon Health, headquartered in central Massachusetts, having a long and proud history of serving a diverse Medicare and Medicaid population has been using the TruCare platform since 2013 for care management, utilization management, prior authorizations, and more.
As a development partner, Fallon will work with Casenet on the development of TruCare Insights through gathering joint requirements, defining the scope and prioritizing items for development, and conducting product reviews and providing feedback. “We are pleased to expand our partnership with Casenet for this important work,” said Carolyn Langer, M.D., Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Fallon Health. “Developing this tool to provide operational visibility into both care and utilization management will help leaders to balance caseloads, identify performance patterns in real time, establish and measure against baselines, identify opportunities for training, workflow, and process change, and so much more.”
“Fallon has been a Casenet partner for a long time and we are thrilled to be taking this journey with them,” said Peter Masanotti, CEO of Casenet. “As both an insurer and provider of care, Fallon is deeply committed to meeting the unique and changing needs of everyone they serve, and we are honored to partner with them to give everyone the healthiest life possible.”
