Aledade, an organization that partners with independent primary care practices for ACOs, struck an agreement with Humana to expand value-based models for Medicare Advantage members in three states.
Under the agreement, physicians participating in Aledade’s ACOs in Louisiana, Pennsylvania and West Virginia will be able to tap into Humana and Aledade’s value-based resources, such as data analytics, tools and regulatory resources.
