Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan on Friday announced new roles for several executives.
Blue Care Network President and CEO Tiffany Albert has taken the new job of Blue Cross senior vice president, health plan business, which is responsible for health plan sales and customer relationships with customers including group plans and individuals.
Succeeding Albert heading up the Blue Care Network subsidiary is Kathryn Levine, whose previous role was vice president of corporate marketing and customer experience. Bob Crawford will take Levine’s previous role.
The insurer said the moves stem from succession planning following the retirement of Kevin Klobucar at the end of last year.
