- The registration fee covers everything from refreshments to study materials; it is a one time payment. The accommodations are available at the conference center in the Grand America Hotel at a heavily subsidized rate for conference attendees. The fees to register are: $1300 for members, $1549 for non members, and $745 for government members. While it is not possible to cancel a registration, you can substitute it after a $15 fee.
