Medline Industries, LP has finalized the acquisition of AG Cuffill® from Hospitech Respiration Ltd. As a leading manufacturer and supplier of medical supplies and solutions, Medline disclosed the successful acquisition, obtaining the manufacturing rights and intellectual property of AG Cuffill from Hospitech Respiration Ltd. The AG Cuffill device, resembling a syringe, offers a compact and intuitive solution for accurately measuring both pressure and volume of airway cuffs across various clinical environments.
Having initiated a partnership in October 2020, Medline and Hospitech collaborated for Medline to exclusively distribute AG Cuffill throughout all healthcare markets in the United States. This acquisition encompasses all domestic and international assets related to AG Cuffill business, marking another milestone in Medline’s expansion within the respiratory domain as the company broadens its airway management product range.
