Maven Clinic and AT&T are deepening their collaboration to enhance employee benefits, particularly in fertility and family support. Through this partnership, AT&T’s workforce of over 125,000 employees gains round-the-clock access to Maven Clinic’s comprehensive virtual services, covering various aspects of fertility and family-building.
Based in New York, Maven Clinic specializes in digital reproductive health and family planning solutions. Their offerings encompass fertility guidance, pregnancy and postpartum care, parenting assistance, and pediatric support. Additionally, the platform introduced menopause-related care last year, reflecting its commitment to holistic family health.
The initial collaboration between AT&T and Maven in 2021 focused on maternity support for employees. Now, with the expanded partnership launched in January, AT&T employees can avail themselves of a broader spectrum of fertility and family-building services. This includes access to specialists across more than 35 fields and personalized assistance from care advocates to navigate benefits effectively.

In addition, Maven’s collaboration with Amazon, announced in August, extends virtual family-building care to Amazon employees globally, covering preconception support, IVF, egg freezing, surrogacy, and adoption services. Maven’s recent acquisition of Naytal, a London-based platform, further amplifies its presence in the U.K. and European markets, enhancing access to online consultations for fertility, pregnancy, postpartum support, and menopause care.
Maven Clinic’s strategic expansions have been supported by significant funding, with a Series E round in 2022 raising $90 million, bringing its total funding to $300 million. The company achieved unicorn status in 2021 following a $110 million Series D funding round. These investments underscore confidence in Maven Clinic’s mission to revolutionize virtual healthcare delivery, particularly in women’s health and family support services.
