This acquisition, the second for PharmAlliance, expands its global offerings for drug, biologic, and device development lifecycle solutions. Operated as a division of BioBridges, acquired by PharmAlliance in September 2023, MFH adds a specialized vertical of expertise, enhancing services for clients and its network of over 4,000 clinical research professionals. MFH’s proprietary technology facilitates seamless engagement between professionals and clients.

The Monitorforhire acquisition is the second for PharmAlliance, a portfolio company of Waud Capital. In September 2023, PharmAlliance acquired BioBridges, which provides clinical development services to emerging and established pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.
