Prevounce Health, a provider of remote care management solutions, has secured $2.5 million in new Series A funding led by Cloud Hill Partners and Michael Hammond, former co-founder of Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC and H2C Securities, along with returning investors. With a total Series A funding of $7 million, Prevounce aims to enhance its product offerings, expand its team, and meet the growing demand in the market. Prevounce’s cloud-based platform, patient devices, and expert services support efficient remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and wellness programs, benefitting over 450 healthcare organizations and 26,000 patients across the US.

The company has now raised $7M in total Series A funding and will use the Series A funding to advance its product and service offerings and scale its team to meet growing market demand.
