Netsmart, a healthcare technology company, has acquired Netalytics, a South Carolina-based software firm specializing in addiction treatment solutions. The acquisition will enhance the Netsmart CareFabric platform by facilitating interoperable data exchange between opioid treatment program (OTP) facilities and other providers offering care for individuals with substance use disorder (SUD). Netalytics’ Methasoft+SMART electronic health records (EHRs) will be integrated into the platform, providing real-time referrals, patient health record history, and alerts.
