Intermountain Health has announced the expansion of its digital patient experience initiative by using Kyruus’ ProviderMatch platform. The provider will rebuild its 15,000-provider directory and expand its online scheduling capabilities on its website. Previously, Kyruus helped overhaul the provider directory and online scheduling solution of legacy SCL Health, which led to a 21% increase in online appointments scheduled in less than a year. The strategic expansion will enhance Intermountain’s digital patient experience using Kyruus’ provider data management solution.
