USD Partners (NYSE:USDP) has announced that it will sell its Casper rail terminal to South 49 Holdings for approximately $33 million. The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of the second quarter of 2023. USD Partners plans to use most of the proceeds from the sale to pay off its revolving credit facility’s outstanding borrowings and for general partnership purposes.
