Celo Health, an Auckland-based mobile healthcare communications platform, has partnered with staff rostering solution provider Core Schedule for an integrated cloud communications and workforce platform for healthcare providers.
WHY IT MATTERS
According to a press statement, the combined offering eliminates manual work scheduling while improving operational efficiency by scheduling the right number of needed employees. The integrated solution also accommodates schedule demands and communicates scheduling changes in real-time.
Moreover, the workforce platform removes the need to page on-call workers as clinicians can just quickly search for on-duty staff by role through the Celo directory. Additionally, the platform enables the collection of staff feedback for future roster scheduling.
This integration is powered by Core Schedule’s rostering software that takes into account factors such as employee availability, leave, and shift conflicts, in creating quick and reliable employee schedules. Meanwhile, the real-time communication of employee roster updates and requests for roster changes is made possible by Celo Health’s HIPAA-compliant messaging platform

Early this year, Core Schedule signed its first partner in the aged care sector. Its smart scheduling software has been rolled out at the newly launched Gnullingo Mia Aged Care in Western Australia. In December, its platform was installed across 15 services of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network in South Australia to support their COVID-19 response.
In other news, Celo Health recently landed in the United States with a headquarters set up in Seattle.
