Sodexo, a global food services and facilities management company committed to improving Quality of Life, and Nebraska Medicine, a health network serving metro Omaha and extending across the Midwest and Great Plains regions, are pleased to announce the continuation of a successful 40-year partnership through Nebraska Medicine’s award to Sodexo of a 10-year contract extension to 2030. The contract focuses on patient nutrition and environmental services along with a broad range of additional services that support exceptional patient care.

Beginning January 1, 2020, employees working in many of these areas transitioned from hospital to Sodexo employees for a total of about 800 Sodexo team members on site. This enables Sodexo to recruit and hire candidates from the local community and provide career advancement opportunities to employees.
