PHOENIX Rehabilitation & Health Services (“PHOENIX”), has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Colorado Athletic Conditioning Clinic (“CACC”), expanding the company’s geographic reach to Colorado.
In operation for more than 30 years, CACC operates four clinics throughout the Denver area offering specialized physical therapy care. CACC clinics will continue to be managed by Mark Navilliat, its current Founder and President. The company’s 50+ employees will all transition to PHOENIX and remain part of the team going forward.
The addition of CACC allows PHOENIX to expand both its geographic reach and its capabilities in providing quality, specialized physical therapy care to patients. “As a physical therapy leader in Denver, adding CACC to our family made perfect strategic sense,” said Chris Ciatto, Chief Executive Officer of PHOENIX. “The CACC culture is closely aligned with PHOENIX’s making this an overall great fit.
