- Cannabis industry consultant and services provider Medicine Man Technologies (OTCQB:MDCL +8.3%) inks a binding term sheet to acquire Colorado-based cannabis extract processor Dabble Extracts for $3.75M.
- Under the terms of the deal, MDCL will pay $750K in cash plus ~997K shares of its common stock at $3.01 per share.
