Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) announced today that the company has purchased, from Banco Sabadell, an additional stake in Ribera Salud. The purchase, which closed on June 28, 2019, will expand Centene’s stake in the Spanish healthcare company from 50 to 90 percent.
