Help At Home Acquires Coastal Home Care and Altrus

Combination Creates Leading Provider of Community Based Services for the Elderly and Disabled in Georgia

Help At Home, LLC today announced the acquisition of Coastal Home Care and Altrus, two Georgia home and community based companies serving elderly and disabled individuals. The addition of Coastal/Altrus significantly expands Help At Home’s presence in Georgia, creating a leading provider of home care and residential services.

Coastal Home Care and Altrus have roots in Georgia that extend for 40 years. Headquartered in Savannah and under the leadership of CEO Martin Miller, the companies serve clients through Medicaid, private pay, insurance, and VA programs. “Our leadership team and administrative staff see this partnership as an opportunity to continue our mission serving the elderly and disabled on regional and national fronts,” said Miller. “We are thankful that Help At Home is extremely sensitive to the needs of people and its culture is virtually the same as ours.
