CSA Service Solutions, LLC, a leading national provider of outsourced technical repair and maintenance services to the Healthcare, Laboratory, Self Service, Security, and Critical Power sectors, announced today that it had acquired the operations of Equipment Management Service and Repair, Inc., a national independent service organization providing equipment service and repairs, primarily to the Healthcare industry. EMSAR was founded in 1993 and services equipment for leading Medical OEMs in all lower-48 states and parts of Canada. The acquisition of EMSAR will materially expand CSA’s service footprint and technician density, which will lead to faster response times and better service for its clients. EMSAR and CSA share complementary technical capabilities that will enhance customer programs and experiences for clients from both companies.
“EMSAR has a long-standing reputation for exceptional quality and customer service in highly regulated environments. We look forward to leveraging our enhanced footprint and full breadth of collective capabilities to provide white glove service and support to our clients on a national basis,” said Luc Vallieres, CEO of CSA. “We are delighted to welcome the EMSAR leadership team and employees to the CSA family and to add a major new facility in Wilmington, OH. The two companies already share a common culture of excellence and commitment to putting our clients first.”
“EMSAR is extremely excited to be joining forces with CSA,” said Renee LaPine, CEO of EMSAR. “Not only do our values align, but we believe our teams are excellent complements to each other. This will ultimately lead to an elevated customer experience. EMSAR is truly in great hands with CSA and we are proud to be a part of the team.”
CSA Board member Bob Nardelli said, “The strategic acquisition of EMSAR is a key step in CSA’s broader growth strategy. Through this transaction, CSA has cemented its position as the leading national provider of highly technical repair and maintenance services to the Healthcare industry, both to OEMs and end users. We will continue to aggressively build our capabilities and add technicians both organically and through additional acquisitions.”
