Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. announces that on October 1, 2018, LDS’ wholly-owned subsidiary Rêveur Holdings Inc. acquired CSPA Group Inc., the holder of California licenses for Cannabis Manufacturing and Cannabis Distribution and Transportation.
CSPA Group, Inc. will now be known as Rêveur Corporation. Kelly Christopherson will continue as CEO of Rêveur Corporation. LDS’ CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, stated, “This acquisition will allow for a seamless relationship between LDS and our licensees.” The Company expects all operations and relationships to continue without interruption through this transition.
