Audax Private Equity announced that it has acquired MNX Global Logistics from The Riverside Company. MNX, headquartered in Long Beach, CA, is a leading, global provider of customized transportation and logistics services for time critical, high-value goods with expertise (including Temperature-Controlled) in healthcare, life sciences, aviation, and other end markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
