Healthcare provider boosts care with the cloud
Locala Community Partnerships provides healthcare services primarily through health centers and home visits. Locala wanted to integrate technology to give patients in remote locations the option of virtual visits and boost caregiver access to real-time patient data while in the field. Dell proposed a platform to change the way Locala used technology to deliver healthcare services. They not only replaced laptops and mobile devices, but continue to manage and service them on an ongoing basis.
Dell Services designed a private cloud environment to keep patient and healthcare data highly accessible and secure at all times. Built on Dell enterprise hardware and networking solutions and hosted by Dell, the platform provides reliable access to clinical applications. Additionally, the new solution enables Locala to offer e-consultations to patients virtually.
